What is your biggest frustration when suffering with fibromyalgia? Is it overwhelm, being in constant pain, or the chronic debilitating fatigue?
I have suffered all of that and would be hard pressed to separate them. Being depressed and anxious and unable to sleep when feeling so, so tired is adding to the mix. But feeling stuck in it is even worse!
What if I told you I had all this and more (as I’m sure you know!) yet found my way out of being stuck in the mire of fibromyalgia?
How does restored energy sound? Sleeping well and no longer anxious or depressed? Recovered from chronic pain feeling happy again being relieved from stress?
It doesn’t happen overnight. It does take commitment and resolve. But having a support system in place for you is very important. You won’t be able to do it alone!
Look for and find those family members, friends, health professionals that actually listen to you and don’t tell you it’s all in your head! You need others to believe you are not making this up (some have said we do this for attention – can you imagine!?)
Improving the way you see yourself and your worth goes along way. Having fun again, with a laugh now and then, is so good for your soul and spirit! Get those happy people around you and lose the ones who drain you and your energy.
I’ve spoken about getting enough nutritive support, that is eating high quality foods and vitamins and minerals for good body and mental health.
As you see there are many areas that can use support that you may not be getting enough of. Or there may be things not even listed here because there can be so much more.
You want to be back in the swing of life with family, friends and social gatherings and not on the outskirts of all the fun. If you are having trouble finding ways to improve your life, I can help!
I have a free call available to anyone who has concerns and desires to get back their health. Visit my website and click on CONTACT ME in the upper tab bar. I’d be so glad to talk with you about your struggles and share how I can help.
I have openings on my calendar to talk with women like you.
Hope to chat soon!
Much love and health!
