It’s been a wonderful yet a month of new adjustments. My son is now married! I got to dance with him at his wedding! Something I had only dreamed I could do a couple years ago. Fibromyalgia with all its fatigue had been holding me back from many of life’s joys. But now I can say I’ve conquered that.
Many of you too have been held back in life whether from autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s or Grave’s disease. Some of you have slight symptoms and others greater ones that are truly debilitating.
In my last bog I talked about hope. Taking time to seek more help is essential to exploring options that you can do and not be held back in life. One of them is making sure you have the conversion process of the thyroid hormone which is important for every body function. Getting your liver and gut well helps the process take place. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, high quality protein is a start. Eliminating sugar and foods that may cause a bad reaction are important. Yet I won’t go a day without my probiotics.
If you think you’re doing all the right things but still feel you’re not better, there are plenty of things you can do to get you there. Everyone has a different body that acts differently in certain ways. Yet there are some basics that can help support you and your energy levels, reduce painfulness, insomnia, hair loss, and/or feeling cold most of the time.
Looking into more natural alternatives to go along with your doctor’s care can often help. Finding those foods that support you, creating optimal digestion, getting sufficient minerals, rest and lifestyle measures are some of the first things to consider.
As a Health Coach, who has experienced myriads of symptoms that often left me bedridden, I am able to listen to your concerns and work with you to reach your goals to overcome and feel better.
If you’re ready, I am here to take your call.
Much love and blessings,

Long time reader, first time commenter — so, thought I’d drop
a comment.. — and at the same time ask for a favor.
Your wordpress site is very simplistic – hope you don’t
mind me asking what theme you’re using? (and don’t mind if I steal it?
:P)
I just launched my small businesses site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for “royal cbd” on Google (would appreciate any
feedback)
Keep up the good work– and take care of yourself during the coronavirus scare!
